Job Responsibilities

• Hub Operations- make sure cut-off times are correct and routes run properly
• Responsibility for the overall leadership and performance of the Hubs from sales, service,
  governance, profitability, and team
• Make and maintain good communication with customers and partners (Via phone call, mail,
  or physical visit)
• Manage efficient operations to ensure proper delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with the customers to achieve the goal.
• Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
  limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Report to management daily, Weekly & monthly updates on the situation.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to
  time.
• Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken against complaints.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding the delivery of goods.
• Closely follow up and track client-wise delivery.
• Maintain Daily hub expense record and provide to accounts as per process.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from any well-reputed university.
• Skills Required: Advance Excel, Browser, Effective email communication, Windows Platform

Experience Requirements

• At least 1-3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Logistics Operation, Proper Route Knowledge, Vehicle expertise.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Logistics Business, Distribution Business.

Job Location

Any Where in Bangladesh(Rangpur, Bagura, Rajshahi, Chattrogram, Cumilla, Barishal Faridpur, Jashore)

Salary & Other Benefits

• 15000-20000 Taka monthly.
